We all know the human body is more than 60 percent water. Blood is 92 percent water, the brain and muscles are 75 percent water, and bones are about 22 percent water.

Remember: All limitations are self imposed. 

You are not this thing, or that thing, or your past, or 6 year old you, you are not the town you live in, or the mistakes you've made. You are whatever you want to be, YOU CHOOSE! At any given moment, you can make a POWERFUL, CONSCIOUS CHOICE to go out and make your life whatever you want it to be! 

Nothing is holding you back. 

Remember this and you will always be free.

Day 9 and 10- Today I'm grateful for:

- Rain in the morning
- Revisiting the realization that you don't need to write the perfect lyrics when writing a song, it's the melody that matters most.

- Making something beautiful every day! (These are stickers) 

- Colors!

DAY 8- Today I'm grateful for...

Had the day off. Spent the day downtown eating delicious foods and drinking iced coffee and red wine in perfect company. Went to the art museum, it was beautiful and got me high with inspiration. Needless to say, I'm so grateful for today.

- Coffee conversations for hours

- Las Olas

- Art, recycled art

- Classical music whilst driving

- Long distance phone dates with Lauren <3

- Feeling more inspired lately/making art

- Dreaming of the day when I'll be able to play the violin really well
